Gun Powder                                                                Organic

Our Organic Gunpowder Imperial is the highest grade available and comes from the renowned "green tea triangle" in Anhui Province, China. Called "Gunpowder" because of the pellet like appearance, not all gunpowder green tea is the same. For the finest quality look for a consistent size and shape in the roll, a dark almost shiny finish to the leaf and a smoother, not as smoky a finish as some of the lower grade teas.

This simple, organic green tea from Anhui Province is straightforward without anything extra. Just good, pure green tea taste.

Jasmine Pearls                                                             Organic – Top Shelf

This first grade, organic Chinese green tea is perfectly adorned with the essence of organic jasmine flower. This elegantly scented tea has a remarkably sweet finish with no perfume like taste

White Teas

Bai Hao Silver Needle                                              Organic – Top Shelf

A scrumptious all bud white tea from the world renowned Fujian province in central China - obviously a cut above. The pure clean character and woody tone stands out with a lingering, smooth finish, and makes this tea quite memorable.

Bai Mu Dan                                                            Organic

Truly a treat for the palate with subtle notes of sweet cream butter and light, pleasing vegetal notes, Bai Mu Dan is grown on the misty mountains of Fujian province in China, the downy silver buds and fresh young leaves are soft and intoxicatingly fragrant. The resulting liquor is a beautiful golden yellow with a more robust texture than your average white tea.

An all bud white tea that is infused with the aroma of freshly picked organic Jasmine blossoms.
Bold floral tones with the simplicity of traditional silver needle white tea character make this a very popular choice.

Mountain Mist                                                             Organic – Top Shelf

High on the slopes of Lu Shan, China, amidst Taoist sanctuaries, grow these tiny, spiral shaped tea buds. Nourished by pristine, year-round mountain mist, this green tea is unlike any other - buttery, smooth, with a hint of sweet, yet salty. Rare, with limited production, this tea is grown in regions steeped in a thousand years of tradition, under optimal conditions: at high elevation, shrouded in mist, nourished by mountain fed spring water.

Red Teas

Cape Nectar Blend                                                    Organic – Top Shelf

All in the family, we have taken Honeybush, with its sweet notes, and Rooibos, with it's natural earth tones, and combined the two cousin plants to create our ever popular Cape Nectar blend. Straight forward with no additional flavors or ingredients, simply incestuous.

Rooibos                                                                          Organic

This traditional organic Rooibos is grown only in a small area, 100-kilometers, in South Africa. Great iced or hot our super grade Rooibos has a somewhat “earthy” tone which some people think taste similar to black tea. Rooibos, unlike other herbs, does contain antioxidant.

Honey bush has a honey, nectar-like aroma with a balanced, natural flavor. Sweeter than its close cousin Rooibos, Honey bush is great hot or iced and is refreshingly simple. The natural balancing properties work well for women of all ages and with no caffeine Honey bush can be enjoyed anytime of day or night.

Very healthy organic Rooibos with a mild light flavor, this less oxidized Rooibos is perfect for a relaxing evening.

Black Teas

This exceptional tea comes from beautiful secluded gardens at elevations above the clouds. Truly the champagne of teas, this black tea has the wonderful fruit undertones that are typical of high quality Darjeeling teas.

Nilgiri                                                                             Organic

A delicious full-bodied black tea from southwest India, Nilgiri is a lesser known region than India's more popular growing areas of Assam and Darjeeling. The environmental conditions in Nilgiri are perfect for growing quality, tasty teas. Perfect hot or iced.

Red Dragon Pearls                                                       Top Shelf

This exceptional Chinese black tea is produced in the southern province of Yunnan and reveals a unique trait not often associated with black teas. Smooth body, sweet undertones and a gentle lingering makes this a delicious cup. This style of tea is more difficult to source as many gardens are beginning to produce highly sought after Pu'erh teas.

Golden Monkey                                                              Organic – Top Shelf

Black tea from the Fujian province of China. Golden Monkey tea is hand-processed each spring with a careful plucking of only one leaf and one bud. It is among the finest Chinese black teas available today. The name comes from its unique appearance: the leaves resemble monkey claws. If you enjoy full-bodied teas with an abundance of flavor, we urge you to give this tea a try.

Chai

A traditional blend of spices and black teas that are finely ground to release the maximum amount of flavor and aroma. Dessert in a cup.

Earl Grey

A blend of high quality Indian black teas combined with a traditional bergamot oil. A well balanced, flavorful cup and a recognized favorite of Earl Grey aficionados.

Pu'erh Tuo Cha, Ancient Chinese Brew - (by the pot only)       Top Shelf

This ancient wonder is renowned in China as a health elixir and has shown tremendous potential in helping to lower cholesterol naturally. Undergoing a special processing in the final drying stage the tea is then aged. Comparable in taste and caffeine content to black tea, Pu’erh is great hot or iced.

Yellow Tea

A rare variety of tea which is slowly gaining recognition in Western countries iIt is produced only in China, where it has long traditions. As the name suggests, yellow tea has a yellow, golden appearance, both as unused tea leaves and as the finished, brewed tea. Despite the color, it has the same antioxidant content as green tea, but lacks the strong "grassy" taste disliked by some.                                                                       

Oolong Teas

Green Oolong

This Chinese green oolong is exceptionally sweet with hints of floral tones and a lingering finish.
The tightly rolled, dried leaves unfurl when infused in hot water revealing a flavorful, aromatic cup that is unlike any other tea of this type we have experienced.

Fanciest Formosa                                                              Top Shelf

An exceptional Taiwanese dark oolong full of fluffy white tipped leaves with a honey undertone and obvious peach notes this complex oolong delivers a deliriously seductive brew and is a main stay favorite at home and at work.

Green Dragon

Smooth and aromatic, this Taiwanese oolong is considered a “green" oolong or Pouchong tea because it is less oxidized (about 17%). The dried, almost pellet like green leaves begin to unfurl revealing an exquisite, pale yellow liquor with a natural floral note and crisp finish.

An absolutely spectacular dark oolong that is not readily available and subject to the whims of Mother Nature. A full body oolong with subtle hints of peach with notes of honey.

Shui Xian                                                                     Organic – Top Shelf

This delicious organic dark oolong has deep, warm, woody tones with a hint of chocolate and fruit. A smooth, well balanced tea from that is traditionally grown and processed in the lovely Wuyi Mountains in China's Fujian Province.

Our whole flower organic Chamomile is nothing like what you get in a tea bag. This fresh whole flower brews up golden yellow with an aromatic, apple character that soothes the mind, body and spirit.

Lemon Verbena

This delicate, almost transparent brew helps to stimulate the body and is known to be a wonderful digestive. Naturally free of caffeine it is frequently the after dinner beverage of choice among the French. With the most subtle aroma of lemon and light, clean taste this herb will not over power but enhance.

Chrysanthemum Flower

Used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine, Chrysanthemum flower is known for its internal cooling properties and harmonizing qualities. The mellow, clean character makes it great for blending with other teas and herbs.

Lemon Grass
